Standard Delivery ~ 

Yorkshire Coast Candles is no longer able to offer FREE delivery across the UK due to an increase in delivery costs from UK courier services.  Therefore we have had to introduce a minimal cost towards postage and packaging, however we have endeavoured to keep this to a contributory cost where the costings applied to the orders do NOT cover ALL of the postage and packaging costs as we as an organisation will make up the shortfall of the costings applied to us via the courier.

It is important for us to offer a reliable service to our customers therefore we endeavour to utilise the services of trustworthy and reliable couriers, and these services unfortunately come with a cost.  Here at Yorkshire Coast Candles we will continually be watchful towards the costings of UK courier services, and continue to bring you the customer competitive prices and where possible we'll continue to provide contributory prices towards those costs.

It is accepted that some couriers do attempt deliveries during weekends and/or Bank Holiday periods in the UK, however Yorkshire Coast Candles has no control over which courier decides to operate during these periods, therefore, we recommend that you do not count weekends or Bank Holidays towards expected delivery days.

Following dispatch of your order you will be emailed via the email address that you supplied during the checkout process, where you will be supplied with the Track & Trace Reference number so that you can look forwards to receiving your parcel.

Local Area to HU18 ~

If you are local to HU18 or within a 5 mile radius, dependent on the demands of the service, you may be offered a hand-delivery option, however, this will depend on the demands of the service at the time, as this may not be possible during busy periods.

Following the placement of the order, you will be emailed to offer this service if it is available, if you have not heard from us to offer this option, then you will be emailed to inform that this option is not available currently.

If you would prefer the package to remain to be posted in the usual way e.g. via a courier this is also fine, and the delivery options and costings towards these options will apply.

Packaging ~

Delivery includes your order to be prepared, picked and packaged securely and sent to you in the best and safest way possible.

Delivery Queries ~  

Yorkshire Coast Candles will do everything possible to ensure that you receive your scented products from us in a timely and safe fashion, however, some things are out of our control.
